The camera's built-in image stabilizer function counters the effect of blurred, shaky images caused by low-frequency vibration. It is helpful for outdoor surveillance and traffic monitoring applications, mainly if the camera is used on a bridge or mounting pole where it is subjected to wind or mechanical vibration. Stable Zoom Image stabilizer and optical/digital zoom are combined to improve image quality while maintaining the original horizontal viewing angle. This does not affect the image size and reduces blu. 2D/3D noise reduction Advanced noise reduction technology filters noise from the image for clearer results, especially in low-light conditions. Noise reduction can be selected from five levels to suit a wide range of operating environments. Wide dynamic range Wide-D image processing technology allows one to see clear, detailed images in high-contrast or backlit environments. Models now support an extensive 130 dB dynamic range activated via the VISCA command. De-fog The de-fog feature allows more precise and natural viewing in foggy or misty scenes. The camera detects the haze level and automatically applies the required effects when this feature is activated. HLC (High Light Compensation) HLC technology helps to improve, for example, the visibility of license plates when bright headlights are shot under low-light conditions. The bright parts in the image are masked and compensated automatically to achieve better visibility. High Sensitivity Through introduction of new cell structures and circuit technology, the series efficiently uses light, achieving twice the sensitivity compared to conventional image sensors. With a high spectral sensitivity value in near infrared to infrared, it is especially effective for security uses. Furthermore, the AR coating minimizes the ghost phenomenon and enables capturing of images without missing crucial information even during the night and in dark environments. 30x Enhanced Optical Zoom Using a compact lens designed for resolutions up to 8M the camera maximizes the coverage of the 4M sensor. The newly designed lens provides high resolution and low aberration, making it capable of capturing high resolution images that span from the Tele end from the screen center to the surrounding edges. There is no image deterioration using the 30x enhanced optical zoom. Experience full sharpness and dramatically reduced chromatic aberration in full HD output and also achieve images with sharp resolution during 4M output. Flare reduction with the new iris Diamond flares and ghosts that occur on lenses disrupts focusing and deteriorates the image quality. The new lens adopts 7 blades compared to the conventional 2 blades, improving this phenomenon by generating fine circular flares, and thus greatly improving image quality. Color image acquisition during ICR ON On conventional models, only black and white images are achieved while the IR cut filter was removed. The new ICR ON COLOR function enables the camera to capture shots with color even when the IR cut filter is removed. It is effective for color visibility in dark environments. The precision of color reproduction varies depending on the light source and brightness. Spot Focus · Spot AE · Spot AWB Enables functioning of AF, AE, and AWB only in specified areas within the screen. Enables independent specification of any rectangle of the entire screen divided in 6 x 8. For example, if the subject location is specified with Spot AE, enables capturing of images with Exposure effects reduced even if brightness changes occur outside the specified frame. Adjustable ROIs Screen divided in 6 x 8 Wide Dynamic Range (Wide-D) Wide-D mode is a function for dividing an image into several blocks for correcting blocked-up shadows and blown-out highlights in accordance with the intensity difference. It enables image acquisition in which portions ranging from dark to light can be recognized, even when capturing a subject with a large intensity difference that is backlit or includes extremely light regions of interest. The TL4K1171 is a small form factor serial digital video (SDI) transmitter from AIVION. Camera video input signals are equalized, processed, and output over coaxial connectors. 6G-SDI output is compliant to SMPTE ST2081-10 MODE 1 mapping, Dual Link 3G-SDI output is compliant to SMPTE ST425-3, 2si mapping and 3G-SDI FHD output is compliant to SMPTE ST425-1 level A standards. Camera control is accomplished by a transparent full duplex communication channel. Physical interface between camera and camera controller / PC is based on RS232 or 3.3V TTL level. Sync is provided as SMPTE compliant tri level sync on the Y signal. The output video standard is defined by the video standard of the video signal source. TL7055 locks automatically to the signal source as long as the provided video format is supported (see page 1 for supported video modes). The video source is typically a block type camera or equivalent device providing digital 4:2:2/8bit per component video as 7:1 serialized data stream. This data stream is transmittted over 4 (single mode) or 8 (dual mode) LVDS channels from the video source and is received and demultiplexed by the video processor on TL7055. In all cases embedded sync (SAV/EAV) codes must be present in the LVDS data streams. In case of dual mode it must be present in both channels. In case of block type cameras, the respective camera register must be set correctly for single or dual LVDS output mode. TL7055 requires dual LVDS mode in case of 1080p60, 1080p59.94 or 1080p50 video. For all other video standards single LVDS must be choosen in the camera. When the video standard and/or the LVDS output mode is changed in the camera, TL7055 must get a power reset cycle to lock on the new system settings. Such a reset cycle can be achieved by switching power off and on again or by applying a reset to pin 5 of J2 (see page 2 for details). The camera (or video source) can be controlled over a transparent, full duplex data channel. TL7055 does not process or change any control data. The full duplex data channel can be accessed by the RS232 interface of TL7055.
